Does anybody have reviews on Addy's coat? I wanted to use it for Marisol. WOuld I be able to remove the scarf? I already knitted a hat, scarf, and mittens for her and they match this coat perfectly. What do you guys think? thanks!

I have Addy's coat,a nd I think it's very nice. However, the scarf is sewn onto the coat. You cannot remove it.

Thanks Jenny. How well is the scarf sown in? Is there any way I could take it off without ruining it?

Hmmm...I'm not sure. I suppose you could start in a corner, and see how the fabric handles it. If it seems like it isn't going to work, you could re-stitch it. The fabric is probably somewhat forgiving.

I like Addy's coat. It's a nice color, not too thick fabric so it slides on her arms fairly easily and closes with real buttons. The scarf isn't really a scarf, more like a strip of fabric sewn to look like a scarf. I don't think you'd be able to take it off without ruining the coat, but I don't sew, so I'm not sure.

We have Addy's coat and it is adorable. Have you thought about using Samantha's new coat for Marisol? It looks as if it could either be historic or modern. My daughter has dressed both her Samantha in it and also her AGTs wearing modern clothes and both look great.
